NDI Recorder is an application for macOS which captures a named NDI or NDI HX Source directly into H.264 compressed MP4/AAC files in a single native operation.

 

This app shares much of the code of NDI Monitor, and can also be used as a Desktop video display for NDI Sources.

 

NDI Recorder is a powerful, flexible tool to capture NDI streams into native file formats and codecs in a single pass.

 

Various MP4 recording data rates are supported from 2mBit to 16mBit per second.

 

The new version includes embedded NDI HX support, and therefore no HX driver installation is required.
