macOS ndi convert to sdi/hdmi to ndi

NDI Source for macOS allows you to connect SDI and HDMI sources through your BlackMagic Design video interface and convert them in real time to an NDI  IP  Video Stream.

If you are concerned about compatibility, try the test demo version of NDI Source, which allows testing, but inserts mutes into the NDI stream as a demo limitation.
